
From 20th to 22nd August 2025, Route 360 Solutions Initiative (R360SI) Founder and CEO, Joseph Turay, in Yokohama, Japan, to attend the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on Africa Development (TICAD 9). Hosted by the Government of Japan and co-hosted by the United Nations, UNDP, World Bank, and African Union, TICAD 9 brings together a diverse group, including government, industry, academia, and civil society, amongst others, to strengthen Japan’s partnership with Africa through seminars, symposiums, panel discussions, etc. Invited by the African Development Bank (AfDB), Joseph met with Nigerian musician and entrepreneur, Patoranking, the Vice President for Private Sector, Infrastructure, and Industrialization at AfDB, Mr. Solomon Quaynor, Vice President for Power, Energy, Climate Change, and Green Growth at AfDB, Dr. Kevin K. Kariuki, and like-minded youth from across the globe. With R360SI’s commitment to local and national development, the event experience will enable us to continue creating impact in Sierra Leone and Africa.
